Taking advantage of the cultivated technic and skill, we acquired some patents of warp knitting, Based on inner foundation wear materials, we nowadays supply for various applications such as outer and sports wears. There are many processes before fabrics are produced. All of the planning and design of the fabric is done at the design center at Osaka head office, and we carefully select raw yarns here, and we set the design, knitting structure and knitting conditions according to the concept. Based on this specification & design, warping, yarns threading, knitting and dyeing & finishing are performed to make fabrics. It is an extremely important task to create planning and ideas from apparel as a fabric. Especially in recent years, high performance and high quality are required, so comprehensive know-how is required including raw materials.
Designing, knitting structure and setting of knitting conditions according to the selection and concept of yarn and fibers are done here.

At a preparation stage before fabric production, around 15,000 threads of yarns are used all together. For our Raschel machine, the huge size of bobbin so called 'Beams' which need to wind the yarns. There are 24 beams, and total weight of yarns itself amount to approx 2-tons.

All the beams prepared in advance are set on one knitting machine. Around 15,000 delicate yarns are knitted up. We have various kinds of knitting machine, like Piezo-tronic Jacquard machine, Computer-controlled knitting machine, etc.

According to the plan of the apparel customers, the knitted Greige Fabrics are sent to the partner’s dyeing factory for dyeing and various final finishing. And then, it becomes a textile fabric making full use of the properties and quality of the fabric.

As a textile fabric, we will do a final check based on the quality/function/taste required by apparel companies. Regarding our fabric, since it is used for direct contact to the skin, only those products that cleared many tests will be delivered to the users.
